The hands took an incredibly long time and I'm still not 100% satisfied with them, but I don't know what else to do so I'm calling it done. The hair also looks slightly funky to me, but overall, I'm pretty happy with how I fixed the dress and arms. It's come a looong way since I last worked on it.

you have captured the balance of light and dark in this image really well. I love the fact that the hair flows so nicely into the background. My only suggestion regarding the hands would be to soften out he joints slightly. It is an amazing image.

Thanks! Yeah, that might do it. The hand looked like a bear paw for the longest time and I absolutely hated it; it's so hard to capture the bending of the fingers from the front. I will try out the softening.
